Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Advisor to provide first-line human resources support across our assigned business units. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and a direct resource for employees in our plants, warehouses, and corporate functions. You will be responsible for ensuring that HR strategies and policies are not just implemented, but that they drive measurable performance and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate is a commercially aware HR professional who thrives in high-volume operational environments and can balance administrative discipline with strong interpersonal influence.
Requirements:
Advisory & Employee Relations
First-Line Support: Provide expert advisory support to employees and managers regarding HR processes, employee relations, and specialized HR services.
Change Management: Drive effective communication across the workforce to secure employee buy-in for new change initiatives and company-wide projects.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve workplace issues, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
Performance & Talent Development
Appraisal Coordination: Lead the performance appraisal process for your assigned units, ensuring timely completion and high-quality feedback.
Performance Improvement: Partner with managers to implement and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming staff.
Competency Gap Analysis: Monitor Learning & Development (L&D) interventions, ensuring that training programs effectively close identified skill gaps.
Operational Efficiency & Compliance
Workforce Planning: Monitor manning levels to ensure headcount efficiency and optimal staffing across all shifts and locations.
Policy Enforcement: Track attendance, absenteeism, and overtime, ensuring all practices remain in strict compliance with company policy and local labor laws.
Service Delivery: Collaborate with the HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) to continuously improve employee benefits and the quality of HR service delivery.
Reporting & Analytics
Data Integration: Prepare comprehensive HR reports and integrate them into weekly business reviews for leadership.
Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain HR dashboards for the HR Business Partner (HRBP), tracking key productivity metrics and people analytics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: First Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial operations is a significant advantage.

HR Knowledge: Sound understanding of HR policies, employee relations frameworks, and modern best practices.
Analytical Skills: Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
