Job Description:
- Responnsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development.
- Performance monitoring and employee counseling
- Sourcing, recruiting and planning the overall HR strategy; assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure day-to-day smooth runnings of the office and that all records are kept up to date, whilst carrying out several administraative jobs.
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and Emotional Intelligence
- Adept in understanding labour laws.
- Employee relations
- Conflict resolution skills
- Strong observational skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Human Resources
- 2-3 years work experience as an HR Officer.
Salary
