Job Description:
We are seeking a structured and detail-oriented HR / Admin Executive to manage our core human resource functions and streamline daily administrative operations. This role is the operational heartbeat of the office, requiring a professional who can balance people-centric HR processes with the logistical demands of office management.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined coordinator who thrives on creating order, maintaining accurate records, and providing high-level support to ensure a functional and professional work environment.
Requirements:
Human Resources Management
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and leading the onboarding process for new hires.
HR Operations: Maintain meticulously accurate employee records and HR databases; track leave, manage benefits administration, and support payroll preparation.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries, support performance management cycles, and assist in organizing engagement activities to boost morale.
Compliance: Communicate and enforce company policies and workplace standards to ensure a disciplined and fair work culture.
Administrative & Office Operations
Facility Coordination: Support daily office administration to ensure a well-organized workspace; coordinate with vendors and manage the procurement of office supplies.
Process Improvement: Assist in designing and implementing internal processes that improve operational efficiency across departments.
Documentation: Oversee physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all corporate records are secure and easily retrievable.
Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting and executing office policies that govern the day-to-day use of company resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative capacity.
Familiarity with basic Nigerian labor standards and office management best practices.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word for documentation and Excel for data tracking).
Experience using HRIS or digital filing systems is an advantage.
Salary
