Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and professionally elite Hotel Receptionist to anchor the hospitality engine of our Berger-based operations. In the specialized landscape of modern guest services, success is defined by "Guest Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume check-ins with the clinical precision required for Property Management Systems (PMS), Billing Accuracy, and Multi-Channel Reservations. This role is designed for an "Experience Architect" with 1-2 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (resolving complaints and managing guest inquiries) with the "Operational Agility" required to coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
Requirements:
1. Arrival Orchestration & Front-Office Governance
Reception Sovereignty: Greet and manage guest transitions (Arrival/Departure) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Welcome."
System Architecture: Operate the hotel’s Front Office Systems (PMS) to maintain updated data, providing the "Structural Foundation" for digital guest management.
Accuracy Stewardship: Manage guest records, payments, and shift reports with absolute precision, ensuring the "Source of Financial Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Service Logic
Resolution Sovereignty: Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly, acting as the primary "Source of Conflict Mitigation."
Coordination Architecture: Sync with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure "Room-Ready" status, providing the "Functional Foundation" for seamless guest transitions.
Information Stewardship: Provide expert guidance on hotel services and local Lagos attractions, maintaining the "Source of Guest Knowledge."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Transaction Sovereignty: Handle cash and credit card transactions with high-fidelity accuracy, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Security."
Grooming Architecture: Uphold strict hotel policies and service quality standards, providing the "Visual Foundation" for brand authority.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 1-2 years of hospitality expertise to manage peak-hour lobby traffic in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 1 – 2 years of proven work experience in a hospitality or front-desk role.
Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Tech Mastery: Proficiency in operating Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic MS Office.
Location: Candidates must reside within the Ojodu, Ogba, Ketu, or Agege axis (proximity to Berger).
