We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for executing key sales driver activities including distribution, visibility, promotion, quality, and persuasion while also conducting commercial surveys to analyze market demand and uncover growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visits top 75 Key On-Trade Outlets in respective area coverage , achieving VOL, REV and Distribution KPIs
- Scans the Cooler in place and is responsible for taking the Order of NBC Portfolio, to achieve availability PiCos
- Provides POSM to outlets and executes the visibility PiCos according to outlet type
- Secures order payments according to Credit Policy
- Secures no coolers lost and zero financial impact coming from this/ her/her
- Inform on new NBC prices lists
- Receive On-route / On the Job feedback from his/ her Line Manager and works to continuously grow
- Is responsible for driving and following up on his/ her/her/her own IDP
- Provides 1st level feedback to his/ her Line Manager on optimizing the customer base coverage with new outlets
- Provide Valuable Market Feedback to his/ her Line Manager for any activation that he/she comes across
- Is the 1st level Outlet hunter in the respective area of coverage
- Develop strategic partnerships with key customers - Customer satisfaction Feedback
- Builds alliances with key cooperating departments (Logistics / Finance / Marketing)
- Develops a cross-functional team approach in account management for joint value creation
- Ensures successful delivery of updates on all new products/categories and proper distribution
Requirements:
- BA / B.Sc or HND in relevant discipline
- Minimum of Three years’ experience in FMCG (Alcoholic Beverage/Premium Spirits Category),
- Commercial & Customer Marketing Experience (Spirits/AFBs)
- Demonstrated strength in On-Trade Activation, with proven success in executing impactful in-market brand experiences
- Commercial capabilities (both NARTDs and PS Portfolio)
- Selling & negotiation with Key customers
- Communication (oral, written, presentations, influencing)
- Building Internal successful & mutual benefit relationships
- Interpersonal skills
- Time Management and customer centric attitude
