We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the recovery team responsible for collections from delinquent accounts.
• Develop and implement efficient recovery strategies to maximize the recovery of overdue payments.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recovery performance against KPIs and targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recovery efforts and payment arrangements.
• Coordinate with legal teams for escalated cases requiring legal action or litigation.
• Engage with customers to negotiate repayment plans where appropriate.
• Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in loan recovery, collections, credit management, or a similar role in financial services.
• Strong understanding of collections/recovery processes, credit risk, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of accounts.
• Proficient in using recovery and collections software tools and MS Office.
• Experience with digital collection tools or fintech recovery platforms.
• Knowledge of local debt recovery laws and regulatory standards.
