Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Head of Operations to anchor the operational engine of Hilton Garden Hotel, Enugu. In the specialized landscape of international hospitality, success is defined by **"Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-departmental workflows with the clinical precision required for Brand Compliance, Cost Control, and Elite Guest Satisfaction. This role is designed for a "Service Architect" with 1–3 years of hotel operations experience who can blend "Leadership Grit" (mentoring department heads and managing staff) with the "Business Agility" required to coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
1. Service Orchestration & Brand Governance
Operational Sovereignty: Oversee the day-to-day functions of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Integrated Workflow."
Brand Architecture: Develop and implement operational strategies that strictly adhere to Hilton brand standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for global excellence.
Compliance Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the "Source of Legal and Operational Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Financial Logic
Revenue Sovereignty: Monitor financial performance and control costs with clinical speed, acting as the primary "Source of Profitability Optimization."
Planning Architecture: Coordinate with senior management on budgeting and business forecasting, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for long-term fiscal health.
Data Stewardship: Analyze operational data and prepare high-fidelity reports, maintaining the "Source of Executive Decision-Support."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years in hotel operations management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Mastery: Familiarity with Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Enugu.
