FactBase Consulting Limited - We are a growing, medium-sized and professionally-run HR consulting firm with offices in Ikeja and Ajah area, Lagos, with a keen interest in developing young, brilliant, diligent and honest graduates to become HRM professionals via CIPMN starting as Management Trainees [HRM]-2026 Set.

Job Description:

• Oversee the company’s marketing strategy development and implementation to grow its market share and revenue.
• Develop policies for the execution of marketing activities and ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of 13 years’ experience with at least five years’ in a supervisory role.
• Professional certifications in (e.g., NIMN, CIMM, CMMP, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in FMCG industry is required.
