Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Innovation & Operations to lead our programs, administrative functions, and strategic growth in Abeokuta. You will be responsible for designing efficient systems, managing donor-funded projects, and spearheading innovative initiatives to drive revenue and organizational impact.
Requirements:
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across all programs, partnerships, and administrative functions.
Systems & Strategy: Design and implement robust systems, workflows, and performance frameworks (KPIs) to improve organizational efficiency.
Innovation & Growth: Lead innovative initiatives, develop new product opportunities, and identify revenue-generating strategies.
Project Management: Manage programs and donor-funded projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, strict compliance, and reporting.
Partnership Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 4–6 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, innovation, or related management roles.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, execute complex strategies, and maintain organizational order.
Project Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing programs or donor-funded projects (a significant advantage).
Communication: Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Salary
