Job Description:

• Drive deposit mobilization and credit growth
• Develop products for MSMEs, women, youth & farmers
• Lead marketing and partnerships for financial inclusion
• Deliver growth targets with innovation & impact

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or Economics (MBA/MSc & MCP are big pluses)
• 10–15yrs in banking or financial services; 5+yrs in senior business roles
• Strong record in sales leadership, product design, and customer acquisition
