Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who have recently completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program to join our team. This entry-level position is specifically designed for candidates with 0 to 1 year of professional experience who are eager to launch their careers in a fast-paced and supportive corporate environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to various business functions while contributing to the day-to-day operational success of the organization.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a "can-do" attitude, ready to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice.

Requirements:

Operational Support

• Administrative Assistance: Assist with accurate data entry, filing, and any other administrative tasks assigned by department heads.

• Daily Operations: Support the team in managing day-to-day operational workflows and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

• Organizational Alignment: Collaborate with colleagues across different units to deliver on key organizational objectives and team goals.

Learning & Development

• Professional Training: Actively participate in mandatory training sessions and skill development activities designed to build your professional competency.

• Adaptability: Quickly learn company-specific software, protocols, and industry best practices to improve individual and team output.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

  • Mandatory: Evidence of completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

• Experience:

  • 0–1 year of work experience.

  • Relevant internships or volunteer work are highly valued and will be considered part of your professional background.

• Technical Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
