Job Description:

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Professional Graphics Designer to join our creative team in Enugu. You will be the visual storyteller for our brand, transforming concepts into compelling imagery across both digital and print media. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse who not only masters design software but also understands brand identity, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to mentor others while delivering high-quality visual solutions under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Creative Execution: Lead the end-to-end design process for diverse marketing materials, including social media assets, digital advertisements, brochures, and print collateral.

• Brand Stewardship: Serve as a guardian of our brand identity, ensuring consistency in color palettes, typography, and visual style across all campaigns.

• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm concepts and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creative excellence.

• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with the discipline to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

• Refinement & Presentation: Present design concepts clearly, incorporate constructive feedback, and continuously refine output to achieve the best results for the business.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and a deep understanding of core design principles (composition, typography, color theory).

• Design Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in both digital and print media.

• Leadership/Soft Skills:
