Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Graphic Designer to anchor the creative engine of our Ibadan-based operations. In a specialized media landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the edit and the precision of the live stream success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-end graphic design with the clinical precision required for Professional Videography, Video Editing, and Live Streaming. This role is designed for a "Media Architect" who can blend "Creative Grit" (handling professional cameras and editing software) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage complex live broadcasts using OBS or VMIX.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Capture Governance

• Production Sovereignty: Handle video and photo cameras with professional-grade focus, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Raw Assets."

• Editing Architecture: Utilize modern software to craft high-fidelity video content, providing the "Structural Foundation" for brand storytelling.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain the highest standards of visual quality across all media, ensuring the "Source of Brand Identity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Broadcast Logic

• Streaming Sovereignty: Execute live streams using OBS or VMIX, acting as the primary "Source of Real-Time Engagement."

• Event Architecture: Provide comprehensive media coverage for events, providing the "Functional Foundation" for institutional archiving and public relations.

• Mobility Stewardship: Travel and deploy equipment at various locations as required, maintaining the "Source of Adaptive Content Capture."

3. Operational Integrity & Narrative Power

• Design Sovereignty: Align graphic elements with video and stream aesthetics, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Consistency."

• Technical Architecture: Stay updated on modern editing techniques and streaming technology, providing the "Relational Foundation" for digital innovation.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Professional Media expertise to accelerate the "Capture-to-Publish" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Content Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Technical Power: Professional proficiency in Camera Handling (Photo/Video) and Video Editing.

• Software Mastery: Skilled in modern editing suites and live streaming tools (OBS/VMIX is an advantage).

• Location: Must reside in Ibadan (specifically within the Jericho, Mokola, Eleyele, Sango, Ologunru, Ajibode, or UI-Agbowo axis).

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for event coverage as required.
