This program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the energy and natural gas industry through intensive hands-on experience and professional mentorship.

Requirements:

To be considered for this program, interested candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Excellence: Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or Upper Credit (for HND holders).

• Professional Standing: Must have completed the NYSC program within the last 3 years (maximum).

• Age Limit: Must not be older than 25 years of age at the time of application.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical ability.

  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Demonstrated leadership potential.

• Industry Interest: A genuine passion for the energy or natural gas sector.
