Job Description:

• We are offering an opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to join their Graduate Trainee Programme.
• This programme is designed for young, passionate graduates who are eager to learn on the job, gain hands-on experience in real project environments, and develop the technical and professional skills needed to build a successful engineering career.
• If you’re enthusiastic, willing to learn, and ready to start small while growing steadily — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in practical field assignments, site supervision, and technical training sessions.
• Support senior engineers and project teams on various telecom, infrastructure, and civil works projects.
• Assist in preparing project reports, data analysis, and basic technical drawings or documentation.
• Observe and apply engineering standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Learn about project planning, execution, and teamwork within a structured environment.

Requirements:

• B.Sc or B.Eng Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related disciplines).
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and build a career in the engineering or telecom field.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office); knowledge of AutoCAD or other technical tools is an advantage.
• Open to fieldwork and travel when necessary.
