Job Description:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects within the real estate market.
- Set performance targets and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Sales & Revenue Management:
- Oversee sales operations to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for property acquisition and disposal.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
Operations Management:
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and services in line with company expectations.
Administrative Oversight:
- Provide leadership in administrative functions including HR, compliance, and internal controls.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping across the organization.
- Oversee resource allocation and cost management to improve profitability.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and partners.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and engagements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams across sales, operations, and administration.
- Foster a high-performance culture and ensure continuous staff development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide necessary coaching.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years experience.
Salary
