Job Description:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects within the real estate market.
  • Set performance targets and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

 

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Oversee sales operations to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for property acquisition and disposal.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing and positioning strategies.

 

Operations Management:

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  • Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and services in line with company expectations.

 

Administrative Oversight:

  • Provide leadership in administrative functions including HR, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping across the organization.
  • Oversee resource allocation and cost management to improve profitability.

 

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.

 

Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and partners.
  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations and engagements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage teams across sales, operations, and administration.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and ensure continuous staff development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide necessary coaching.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years experience.

Salary

N500,000 - N600,000 / Month.
