We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the company meets its business goals.
• Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational and financial reports.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve high performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety policies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and business expansion.
• Handle escalated issues and manage risks proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 7 - 10 years of managerial or senior leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of business operations, finance, and people management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to drive performance, manage budgets, and lead diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and organizational capability.
