Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of high-performance financial applications. In this role, you will be a core contributor to our technology stack, bridging the gap between intuitive user interfaces and robust, scalable backend architectures. Requirements:

1. Full-Stack Architecture & Engineering

• Backend Mastery: Design and maintain scalable server-side applications using Java, .NET, Python, or NodeJS, ensuring high throughput and fault tolerance.

• Frontend Excellence: Build responsive, intuitive UIs using React or Angular, collaborating with designers to translate complex UX concepts into pixel-perfect code.

• End-to-End Integration: Develop seamless connections between frontend components and backend services, participating in architectural discussions to ensure system-wide integrity.

2. Scalability, Microservices & Cloud Operations

• Microservices & Containers: Implement microservices architecture and containerization strategies (Docker/Kubernetes) to ensure products are modular, reliable, and easily deployable.

• API & Database Design: Architect RESTful APIs and manage integrations with both SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing for performance and data consistency.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to build and maintain highly available, distributed systems.

3. Quality Assurance & Engineering Excellence

• Code Stewardship: Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing, peer code reviews, and adherence to industry best practices and open-source trends.

• Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, performing deep-dive root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes for production issues.

• Scrum & Documentation: Actively participate in the Scrum process and draft comprehensive technical documentation and SOPs to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Toolkit

• Server-Side: Proficient in at least two of Java, .NET, Python, or NodeJS.

• Client-Side: Expert knowledge of React, Angular, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Infrastructure: Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Data: Solid understanding of RESTful API design and both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Professional Background

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience: 4+ years of software engineering experience, specifically within the Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services sectors.

• Agile Mindset: Proven ability to work in fast-paced start-up/scale-up environments using Scrum/Agile methodologies.

• Open Source: A demonstrated history of contributing to or leveraging open-source projects.
