FULL-STACK AI ENGINEER (WHATSAPP PRODUCTIVITY BOT) AT SMART TECHNOLOGIES

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain the FlowMate.AI platform, including backend, frontend, and third-party integrations.

• Build and deploy a WhatsApp-integrated chatbot leveraging APIs such as Twilio, Gupshup, or Meta Cloud API.

• Implement AI/NLP models to power intelligent reminders, scheduling, and task prioritization features.

• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

• Oversee databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for efficient data storage and retrieval.

• Integrate FlowMate.AI with popular productivity tools including Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Notion, and Trello.

• Deliver a seamless and engaging user experience through a modern React/Next.js frontend.

• Take full ownership of the project roadmap and collaborate closely with leadership to align technology delivery with business goals.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with Node.js or Python, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., NLP models, OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).

• Proven track record of designing and deploying chatbots or conversational AI applications.

• Experience in cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid understanding of authentication and security standards including OAuth, JWT, and API security best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

• Prior experience with WhatsApp API integration (Twilio, Gupshup, or Meta Cloud API).

• Familiarity with productivity SaaS tools and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Notion, Slack, Trello).
