Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Fulfilment Officer to anchor the operational engine of our order lifecycle. In a specialized e-commerce and retail landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the dispatch and the precision of the parcel success is defined by "Order Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume processing with the clinical precision required for Verification, Logistics Coordination, and Real-Time Customer Communication. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" who can blend "Tactical Grit" (picking, packing, and high-standard gift wrapping) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage Inventory Tracking and Order Status Systems.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Processing Governance

• Sovereignty of the Order: Process and verify daily customer orders with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Accuracy."

• Presentation Architecture: Pick, pack, and execute presentable gift wrapping according to company standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a premium unboxing experience.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fulfilment environment, ensuring the "Source of Operational Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Logistics Logic

• Dispatch Sovereignty: Coordinate with logistics partners and riders to anchor timely delivery, acting as the primary "Source of Last-Mile Momentum."

• Status Architecture: Track and update order statuses in the system while handling returns and exchanges, providing the "Functional Foundation" for transparent customer journeys.

• Response Stewardship: Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp with professional speed, maintaining the "Source of Real-Time Customer Trust."

3. Operational Integrity & Resource Power

• Inventory Sovereignty: Monitor stock levels and report low inventory, acting as the primary "Source of Resource Readiness."

• Analytical Architecture: Prepare high-fidelity daily and weekly fulfilment reports, providing the "Relational Foundation" for management oversight.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Strong Time Management to accelerate the "System-to-Shipment" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Previous experience in Fulfilment, Warehousing, or E-commerce Operations is a significant advantage.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or modern inventory management systems.
