Job Description:

• Lead recruitment and workforce deployment for overseas projects, ensuring timely fulfillment of key positions.
• Manage monthly critical task staffing and manpower planning in compliance with local labor regulations.
• Implement corporate HR policies and coordinate payroll, benefits, and labor relations through local HR vendors.
• Support project performance management, team stability, and overall delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project-based or overseas HR operations, with strong recruitment and people management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced, cross-cultural project environments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in telecommunications or large-scale overseas projects is highly preferred.
