Job Description:
Greeting visitors:
- Professionally greeting and welcoming all guests upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate location or person.
Answering phone calls:
- Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed.
Appointment scheduling:
- Managing appointment schedules by booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
Administrative tasks:
- Handling mail distribution, maintaining office supplies, updating records, and performing basic clerical duties.
Reception area maintenance:
- Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Customer service:
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, and providing information as needed. Liaising with our partners and other stakeholders.
Data entry:
- Entering relevant information into the company database as required.
Basic office equipment operation:
- Proficiency with office equipment like computers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners etc
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must have HMO related services experience
- Familiar and knowledgeable in the used of Electronic Medical Record system (EMR)
