Job Description:

Are you the type of person who makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door? We are seeking a passionate, professional, and energetic Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to join our fast-expanding hospitality team in Port Harcourt. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering an exceptional arrival experience, managing inquiries with a smile, and ensuring every guest leaves with a great impression of our brand.

Requirements:

• Guest Experience: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, handling the check-in/check-out process with efficiency and courtesy.

• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, whether in person, via telephone, or through email/digital channels.

• Operational Support: Manage bookings, respond to reservation requests, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.

• Problem Resolution: Proactively listen to guest concerns, offer timely solutions, and maintain a calm, helpful demeanor to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

• Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and payments; ensure the reception area is neat, professional, and well-organized at all times.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Provide guests with helpful information about hotel services and local amenities to enhance their stay.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Relevant academic qualifications (HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field).

• Experience: Proven experience in a front-desk, hospitality, or customer-facing role.
