Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and professionally elite Front Desk / Customer Care Officer to anchor the front-line engine of our Abuja operations. In the specialized landscape of administrative excellence, success is defined by "Reception Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume visitor traffic with the clinical precision required for Call Routing, Inquiry Resolution, and Brand Representation. This role is designed for a "Relational Architect" who can blend "Professional Grit" (managing the physical lobby and digital switchboard) with the "Agility" required to provide high-fidelity customer support.

Requirements:

1. Engagement Orchestration & Front-Office Governance

  • Inquiry Sovereignty: Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Guidance."

  • Lobby Architecture: Manage the physical reception environment to ensure it is elite and welcoming, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a superior first impression.

  • Documentation Stewardship: Maintain accurate visitor logs and call records, ensuring the "Source of Administrative Data" is uncompromised and audit-ready.

2. Tactical Resilience & Experience Logic
