Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and highly organized Front Desk / Admin Officer to be the first point of contact at our hospital in Ayobo. In a healthcare environment, the front desk is more than just an administrative post—it is where patient care begins. We are looking for someone who can manage a busy reception area, handle patient inquiries with grace, and ensure that our daily administrative operations run smoothly.

Requirements:
Patient & Visitor Management
First Point of Contact: Warmly receive patients, visitors, and families, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported upon arrival.
Scheduling: Meticulously manage the hospital’s appointment calendar, ensuring zero overlaps and efficient scheduling for doctors and patients.
Customer Service: Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and requests with the highest level of professionalism, empathy, and patience.
Administrative Operations
Front Desk Coordination: Oversee the reception area, including handling incoming calls, directing queries, and managing daily administrative traffic.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs, patient files, and administrative documentation, ensuring data privacy and integrity at all times.
Communication Hub: Act as the internal communication bridge, ensuring smooth information flow between patients, medical staff, and hospital departments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND qualification in a relevant field.
Core Competencies:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be able to explain procedures clearly and listen actively to patient concerns.
Organization: You are capable of multitasking without getting flustered, keeping track of appointments, phone calls, and documentation simultaneously.
Presentation: You are presentable, professional, and understand that your demeanor represents the hospital’s brand.
Interpersonal Skills: You have a natural ability to connect with people and maintain a calm, helpful attitude, even in stressful healthcare environments.
Salary
