Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Flutter Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high quality mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly financial applications.

Requirements:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).

• Build reusable, testable, and efficient code.

• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement clean and intuitive interfaces.

• Debug, optimize, and improve app performance and responsiveness.

• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.

• Work closely with QA engineers to fix bugs and ensure application quality.

• Maintain proper documentation for development processes and features.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.

• Experience working in a fintech or technology driven environment is an added advantage.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.

• Experience with state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).

• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

• Experience integrating APIs and third party libraries.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Basic knowledge of Android and iOS app deployment.

• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
