Job Description:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.

• Track and monitor sales, collections, and inventory transactions to support efficient FMCG operations.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive business growth.

• Collaborate with external auditors, financial institutions, and tax authorities to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Good understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and accounting standards

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

• Exposure to a fast-paced FMCG and modern trade business environment

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 - 5 years of proven experience as an Account Officer, preferably in an FMCG/modern trade environment.
