Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end production process for all clothing lines, from creative design to final product delivery.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines with efficient task allocation.
• Active collaboration with design and sourcing teams to develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Spearhead Ama’s quality assurance.
• Oversee production budgets and work to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to resolve production issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improve production processes.
• Present and discuss monthly reports with the COO.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and must have worked as a production manager for at least 2 years.
• Must be highly disciplined, assertive, and influential.
• Must pay attention to detail, prioritize tasks, set earlier deadlines, and take proactive corrective measures.
• Must be goal and target-driven with people skills.
