Family Qualimore is seeking hardworking, honest, and dedicated individuals to join our agricultural team in Ogbese. If you are serious about farming, reliable, and ready to work as part of a team to ensure high-quality crop production, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Crop Management: Execute planting schedules and perform daily maintenance of all crops.

• Irrigation & Monitoring: Manage daily watering routines and monitor produce for health and growth progress.

• Maintenance: Apply fertilizers and farm treatments as directed; perform regular weeding and general site maintenance.

• Harvesting: Execute timely harvesting of crops when they reach maturity.

• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the farm environment to a high standard of cleanliness and organization while strictly following all safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Work Ethic: You must be hardworking, trustworthy, and take your duties seriously.

• Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively within an agricultural team.

• Commitment: Must be willing to reside on the farm premises if required by management.

• Experience: Previous farm experience is a distinct advantage, but we are open to training dedicated, serious-minded candidates who are ready to learn and work hard.
