Job Description:
- Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Facility Management: Manage facility staff, including janitorial, security, and maintenance personnel.
- Space Planning: Coordinate space allocation, layout, and utilization.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for services and repairs.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and organizational policies.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: HND or B.Sc in Building Technology, Electrical or Estate management and related courses.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing buildings and facilities.
Salary
