FACILITY OFFICER AT A CONSORTIUM OF LEADING SUPPLY CHAIN COMPANIES

We are a consortium of leading supply chain companies inviting qualified, dedicated, and motivated individuals to apply for various warehouse positions within our operations teams in Lagos and Abuja 

Job Description:

• Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the warehouse building, surrounding, and perimeter fencing.
• Responsible for the operation, maintenance and repairs of equipment like chillers, air handling units, cold store, borehole, freezers, fridges, generators, etc.
• Responsible for the operation, maintenance and revalidation of all fire-fighting equipment in the warehouse.
• Responsible for maintenance and operation of the water generation and distribution system.
• Manage schedule for planned preventive maintenance for all equipment.
• Supervise and certify job completion by vendors or contractors.
• Maintain daily records of diesel and fuel for backup power supply.
• Maintain fuel and gas consumption as well as supply.
• Maintain the physical environment and report any unusual observation.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all equipment including their surroundings where applicable.
• Maintain and manage asset register for all assets in the warehouse.
• Ensure the premise, lawns and landscape are maintained.
• Ensure and monitor periodic fumigation exercise and servicing of the bait stations.
• Responsible for waste removal by the waste management authority.
• Any other task that may be assigned by the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of National Diploma in Engineering or Estate Management.
• At least 7 years’ experience in a Pharma Grade Warehouse facility management.
• Experience in Estate/Facility Management.
• Skilled in Vendor Management.
• Problem Solving Skills and Proactive and the ability to troubleshoot.
• Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety.
• Attention to detail.
