Job Description:
- This role is responsible for shaping and executing a holistic culture strategy that strengthens brand thought leadership and embeds strategic brands into relevant cultural conversations.
- The successful candidate will identify, negotiate, and deliver impactful experiential campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships that enhance brand equity, visibility, and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive culture strategy for strategic brands, including cultural platforms and brand-specific cultural calendars.
Design and execute experiential marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and partnership models that enhance brand relevance and affinity.
Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with influencers, organizations, and cultural platforms across the region.
Drive brand participation in key consumer conversations through compelling storytelling, content, and experiences.
Ensure authentic integration of brands into local culture by monitoring trends, conversations, and emerging cultural tensions.
Lead the adoption of an editorial-led marketing approach that delivers cohesive, culturally resonant brand narratives.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of engaging content across digital and social channels.
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of experiential, sponsorship, and partnership initiatives; analyze performance and optimize strategies.
Manage budgets, contracts, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution and strong ROI.
Build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, development opportunities, and performance management.
Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience within IPS, FMCG, or luxury goods sectors.
Strong understanding of experiential marketing, sponsorship strategy, and cultural engagement models.
Demonstrated ability to embed brands into consumer culture and drive meaningful engagement.
Proven track record of introducing innovative thinking, leading change, and experimenting to deliver results.
Deep passion for influence, advocacy, PR, social, and content-driven brand building.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and partnership development skills.
Ability to set strategic vision and translate it into high-quality execution at pace.
