Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong leadership, supervision and people-management ability
- Confident handling client calls, enquiries and meetings
- Very strong organisation, follow-up and deadline management skills
- Ability to assign tasks and monitor daily performance of staff
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), email and WhatsApp Business
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Must work physically in the office.
- Must be available full-time, in-house
- Must be professional, presentable, and trustworthy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HND / BSc in any field (Business, Admin, Accounting, Social Sciences preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in operations, administration, coordination, or EA roles
