Job Description:
This role provides strategic, operational, administrative, and coordination support to the Group EA. The professional in this position will oversee nationwide sales, marketing, and trade operations, including reporting structures, field execution, performance monitoring, and operational communication across the company’s FMCG network. It is a highly sensitive and demanding role requiring discretion, structure, and excellent follow-through. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including Traditional and Modern Trade, Territory Sales Directors, and Trade Marketing to ensure commercial objectives are met through operational alignment and reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
Executive & Operational Coordination: Support the Group EA in day-to-day operations, internal communication, and tracking the execution of directives and sales initiatives across multiple locations.
Sales Operations Support: Monitor daily sales reports, stock movement, and field performance. Follow up on distributor concerns and route execution gaps.
Marketing & Trade Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution tracking of trade marketing campaigns, activations, and visibility initiatives.
Reporting & Data Management: Prepare operational summaries, meeting minutes, and dashboards; maintain structured records and assist in analyzing performance data.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between Management, field sales teams, distributors, and retail partners.
Process Monitoring & Compliance: Ensure adherence to operational procedures and reporting timelines while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in Executive Support, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within an FMCG or fast-paced environment.
Skills: Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities, strong reporting/documentation discipline, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attributes: Proactive, highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism under pressure.
Salary
