Job Description:
- E-commerce Operations Officer to manage our B2B e-commerce platform operations and serve as the operational liaison with our clients.
- This role combines hands-on platform management with client-facing operational responsibilities. Will maintain a digital catalog while ensuring seamless order fulfillment, invoice processing, and delivery verification for accounts.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive in follow-up, comfortable with both technical systems and client communication, and motivated to take ownership of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor product listings, pricing, and stock availability
- Update product information, images, and descriptions on e-commerce platforms
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds professionally.
