Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Drone Pilot to join our innovative cleaning services team. In this role, you will move beyond traditional methods by operating advanced drones equipped with specialized cleaning technology. You will be responsible for executing high-precision cleaning missions on structures that are often difficult or dangerous to reach by hand.

Requirements:

Flight Operations & Mission Planning

• Drone Piloting: Safely and efficiently operate drones to perform high-pressure washing, window cleaning, and facade maintenance.

• Mission Execution: Plan flight paths and cleaning strategies for various structures, including high-rise buildings, roofs, and complex industrial facades.

• Safety Management: Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure all operations comply with aviation safety standards and site-specific protocols.

Technical Maintenance & Quality Control

• Equipment Care: Perform routine maintenance on drone hardware and specialized cleaning attachments (hoses, nozzles, and spray systems).

• Precision Cleaning: Ensure 100% coverage and high-quality results on all surfaces, maintaining a sharp focus on detail to meet client expectations.

• Collaboration: Work closely with ground teams to coordinate water/cleaning solution supply and ensure seamless project execution.

Environmental & Physical Adaptability

• Field Work: Operate in various weather conditions and navigate challenges related to working at heights and in confined spatial environments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Drone Expertise:

  • Proven experience in drone operation (UAV piloting).

  • Preferred: Relevant drone pilot certifications or licenses.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques, particularly high-pressure washing systems.

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or software issues related to drone equipment.

• Core Competencies:

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high quality-control standards during remote operations.

  • Teamwork: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with onsite team members.
