Job Description:

• The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assigning delivery requests to riders, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, and maintaining smooth day-to-day logistics operations.
• The role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient dispatching while providing exceptional support to merchants, riders, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate delivery requests from merchants.
• Assign delivery jobs to available helpers based on proximity, capacity, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor the progress of all assigned deliveries from pickup to successful completion.
• Communicate with helpers to ensure timely pickups and resolve operational challenges.
• Follow up on delayed, failed, or cancelled deliveries and escalate issues where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, completed deliveries, returns, and cancellations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between merchants, helpers, and the Operations team.
• Ensure all dispatch activities comply with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare daily operational reports, including delivery performance, rider attendance, and incident reports.
• Assist with onboarding new merchants and helpers within Tejuosho when required.
• Ensure helpers maintain professionalism, punctuality, proper appearance, and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution or escalation.
• Monitor helpers' availability and ensure adequate fleet coverage throughout operating hours.
• Support the Operations team in achieving delivery efficiency and service quality targets.
