Job Description:

  • Drive the achievement of So Fresh marketing objectives through performance-driven digital marketing strategies
  • Increase So Fresh’s online visibility and awareness
  • Manage So Fresh’s marketing funnel and lead generation efforts
  • Planning and managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok ads, YouTube, third-party delivery apps ads etc.)
  • SEO strategy and optimisation across the company's digital assets
  • A/B testing and continuous optimisation of digital campaigns
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, ROAS, and conversion metrics.

 

Job Level: Senior Officer
Reports to: Brand & Marketing Manager
Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, with 1-day remote work

 

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Ads:

  • Drive measurable, ROI-focused results by planning and optimizing paid digital campaigns
  • Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Budgeting: Allocate and manage marketing spend to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).

 

Online Visibility & SEC Management:

  • Optimizing So Fresh websites to rank higher on search engines, boosting brand credibility, and driving organic traffic
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO content strategies, including keyword research, content mapping, and competitive analysis
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Write, edit, and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engine visibility and user intent.

 

Content Strategy:

  • Develop engaging online content including videos, graphics etc
  • Develop content for the website and regularly update with new and/or updated information
  • Develop, implement and manage a digital marketing plan, communicated to and approved by Management
  • Develop content for email marketing
  • Ensure digital marketing programs are designed in line with company-wide programs
  • Ensure that all deliverables of the Digital Marketing Team are in line with So Fresh digital brand strategy and personality.

 

Email Marketing:

  • Manage all email marketing campaigns
  • Develop content and infographic for email marketing
  • Write clear marketing content to promote our products/services
  • Regularly update So Fresh customer and corporate mailing list via Odoo, mail orders, and according to outlets.

 

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, ROAS, and conversion metrics
  • Perform data analysis of key metrics and related sales targets via the website, social media, email marketing, campaign, blog etc
  • Draw meaningful conclusions from activation/campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and return on investment
  • Prepare report on the effectiveness of marketing communications across all channels.

Requirements:

  • BSc / BA in marketing, communications or relevant field
  • 2 - 3 years of digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with performance marketing, including paid advertising and retargeting strategies
  • Experience with B2C digital marketing, social media, Google AdWords, Keyword Planner, email marketing and SEO/SEM
  • Excellent power point skills
  • In-depth understanding of Inbound, Outbound and Influencer marketing
  • Practical knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key business metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Creativity and ability to conceptualize engaging content with different medium – graphics, videos, Reels etc
  • Experience with social media content creation tools like Canva, Inshot etc.

  • Benefits: Health Insurance, Pension, etc.

Salary

N350,000 – N500,000 monthly
