Job Description:

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Executive to plan, create, and manage engaging content across our digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to take ownership of content from ideation to execution.
• This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content performance, and audience engagement, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (social & email)
• Develop video and visual content aligned with brand direction.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the content calendar
• Ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms
• Monitor content performance (views, engagement, reach)
• Identify trends and insights to improve future content
• Work closely with the marketing, influencer, and creative teams.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Basic video editing and content creation skills
• Good writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management ability.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
• Basic analytics or reporting skills.
