Job Description:

  • We are hiring a results-driven digital marketer whose sole responsibility is to generate paid service sales for our recruitment agency.
  • This is not a social media management role.
  • Success is measured only by your ability to drive a minimum of 5+ service sales monthly.
  • How you achieve this is entirely your strategy and execution.

 

Primary KPI

  • Generate at least 5 paid recruitment service sales per month.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campaigns that convert leads into paying clients
  • Identify and target businesses needing recruitment services
  • Build conversion-focused funnels and outreach systems
  • Execute growth strategies (digital, outbound, partnerships, or unconventional methods)
  • Track and optimize conversion performance
  • Advertising budgets can be provided where necessary.

 

Creative Authority:
You have full control over:

  • Campaign strategy
  • Platforms and channels
  • Outreach methods
  • Messaging and positioning
  • Lead generation tactics
  • We support execution. You drive revenue.

 

What This Role Is Not:

  • Not a social media manager role
  • Not a recruiter role
  • No administrative duties
  • No posting quotas

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to generate sales or high-quality leads
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and conversion strategies
  • Independent and target-driven
  • Creative thinker with strong execution ability
  • Comfortable owning revenue outcomes

 

Compensation & Incentive Structure

  • Base Salary: ₦100,000 monthly
  • Minimum Target: 5 service sales
  • If target is not met:
  • 50% salary applies
  • If target is met:
  • Full salary paid
  • If target is exceeded:
  • Earn 10% commission on each additional sale beyond the first 5.

 

Example:

  • If 10 sales are achieved:
  • ₦100,000 base salary
  • Plus 10% commission on the additional 5 sales
  • This role rewards performance and scalable results.

N100,000 base salary
