Job Description:

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, email, and website platforms.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better reach, engagement, and ROI.

Content Creation & Management:

• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, write-ups) for social media and online platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and oversee timely posting.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce promotional materials.

Social Media Management:

• Manage all social media accounts and ensure consistent brand voice.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility organically and via ads.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Recommend improvement strategies based on data insights.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.
