Job Description:

• Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across
  multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and web).
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta
  (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot (or similar CRMs).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor SEO performance and implement keyword strategies to improve organic reach.
• Support lead generation initiatives and nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
• Stay updated on digital trends and best practices to continuously improve strategy and execution.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, and basic CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, email automation, and paid advertising.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
