Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Diesel Clerk to join our project team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring diesel usage, keeping accurate fuel records, and ensuring efficient distribution of diesel across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and document daily diesel supply and consumption at all assigned sites.

• Maintain accurate logs for diesel receipts, transfers, and usage.

• Reconcile diesel stock levels and promptly report any discrepancies.

• Coordinate diesel deliveries with procurement and logistics teams.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly diesel usage reports.

• Ensure all diesel transactions are properly documented.

• Assist in the maintenance of fuel storage equipment and promptly report faults.

• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines for fuel handling.

• Provide accurate fuel records to support audits when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on construction sites or similar field environments.
• Solid understanding of how diesel is stored, handled, and distributed in the field.
• Experience in tracking diesel consumption across multiple project sites.
• Familiarity with fuel logbooks, waybills, and inventory reconciliation.
