We are seeking a high-caliber DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to build, automate, and maintain the scalable environments that power our business-critical applications. This role is a strategic blend of infrastructure engineering and modern DevOps practices, focusing on high availability, system reliability, and rapid software delivery. You will be responsible for the architecture of both cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring that our platforms are resilient, secure, and fully automated.

Requirements:

Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

• Environment Design: Design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Systems Administration: Manage Linux and Windows server environments, including networking, storage, and virtualization platforms.

• Resilience: Implement infrastructure best practices to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and seamless scalability.

DevOps, Automation & Orchestration

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Build and maintain modular infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

• CI/CD Enablement: Develop and optimize automated pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.

• Containerization: Support and scale containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

• Task Automation: Eliminate manual toil by automating routine deployments, system configurations, and monitoring tasks.

Reliability, Security & Monitoring

• Observability: Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.

• Incident Management: Participate in incident response and root cause analysis (RCA), maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.

• Security Hardening: Implement security best practices, including automated patching, vulnerability remediation, and strict access control management.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work with Engineering, Security, and QA teams to align infrastructure with software delivery goals.

• Technical Writing: Maintain clear documentation for architecture, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 4–7+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Platform Engineering roles.

Technical Competencies

• Cloud Platforms: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• IaC & Configuration: Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible.

• Orchestration: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.

• Monitoring: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability stacks.

Preferred Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer.

• Microsoft Azure Administrator.

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).

• Terraform Associate or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
