Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business goals and market needs.
- Lead market analysis and segmentation to identify growth opportunities and target customers.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Manage and mentor the sales team, setting performance objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets through coaching, support, and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and enhancing customer experience.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, new market penetration, and product diversification.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Work closely with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Ensure sales activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Manage the sales department's budget, optimizing resources to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- BSc in Marketing or related fields
- MBA or professional certifications in sales or marketing(CIM) would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Sales of Food, Beverages, and Snacks (FMCG Sector ONLY).
Salary
N1,200,000 - N1,500,000 per month.Application Closing Date: 16th July, 2025
