DMOT Enterprises - Our client, an FMCG company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business goals and market needs.
  • Lead market analysis and segmentation to identify growth opportunities and target customers.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, setting performance objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets through coaching, support, and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and enhancing customer experience.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
  • Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, new market penetration, and product diversification.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales.
  • Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Ensure sales activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Manage the sales department's budget, optimizing resources to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Marketing or related fields
  • MBA or professional certifications in sales or marketing(CIM) would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Sales of Food, Beverages, and Snacks (FMCG Sector ONLY).

Salary

N1,200,000 - N1,500,000 per month.
