Job Description:

• The Data Scientist & Digital Transformation Consultant will leverage advanced data analytics and digital technologies to drive evidence-based decision-making and modernisation of systems.
• The role will focus on transforming legacy processes into digital-first infrastructures while supporting data-driven policy design, programme monitoring, and impact measurement.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in data science or digital transformation.
• Proficiency in statistical and machine learning tools (Python, R, SQL).
• Experience with data governance, privacy standards, and policy analytics.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into accessible insights.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, cloud solutions, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with donor-funded projects and development sector data requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s Degree in any related field is an advantage.
