Job Description:
CRADI is conducting a nationwide study on Freedom of Religion and Belief across all 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT. We are looking for experienced, ethical, and meticulous Data Collectors to gather high-quality evidence that will inform critical humanitarian and policy interventions.

Requirements:
1. Field Execution & Methodology
Briefing: Attend a mandatory session on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, covering research tools, FoRB methodology, and ethical protocols.
Data Gathering: Conduct structured interviews and surveys within assigned locations from 19 – 21 February 2026.
Integrity: Ensure the accurate recording of responses using approved digital/physical tools, strictly adhering to the "do no harm" principle.
2. Ethical Compliance
Informed Consent: Ensure every respondent fully understands the purpose of the research before participating.
Neutrality & Confidentiality: Maintain a non-biased stance during sensitive religious inquiries and guarantee the total anonymity of all participants.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in field data collection, specifically in social science, human rights, or religious studies.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using mobile data collection platforms (e.g., ODK, KoboToolbox, or SurveyCTO).
Language Skills: Fluency in English and the primary local language(s) of the state you are applying for.
Personal Attributes
Respectful Engagement: Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders (religious leaders, community members, etc.) with cultural sensitivity.
Punctuality: Ability to meet the strict three-day fieldwork deadline.
Neutrality: Ability to set aside personal beliefs to record data objectively.
