You will serve as the "Control Center" operative, monitoring Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) and Fuel Management Systems (FMS) in real-time. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented analyst with 2+ years of experience who can translate raw field data into calibration charts, procurement triggers, and strategic consumption reports. If you thrive on accuracy and have a strong commitment to OHS standards, we invite you to power our data operations.
Requirements:
1. Remote Monitoring & Real-Time Stock Visibility
Technical Surveillance: Conduct continuous remote monitoring of ATGs, Fuel Management Systems, and fuel pumps to identify discrepancies or system failures immediately.
Inventory Governance: Generate and submit daily tank level reports to ensure the organization has real-time visibility into fuel availability across all sites.
Procurement Triggers: Proactively create and submit Purchase Order requests the moment site stock hits defined reorder levels to prevent operational downtime.
2. Data Engineering & Calibration
Calibration Stewardship: Prepare accurate calibration charts from raw field data to ensure the precision of tank volume measurements.
Milestone Tracking: Update and monitor calibration milestones for all systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and technical standards.
Operational Reporting: Compile and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly transaction and consumption reports to aid in high-level operational planning and budgeting.
3. Logistics Compliance & Safety
Documentation Lifecycle: Deliver Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation within a strict 24-hour window following the collection of Fuel Receipt Notes and LPOs.
Maintenance Oversight: Produce monthly maintenance reports to monitor system reliability, identifying technical risks before they escalate.
Safety & OHS: Strictly adhere to all company Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies, ensuring that data-gathering activities do not compromise site safety.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Business Intelligence (BI) or technical analytical role, preferably within the oil and gas or logistics sector.
Technical IQ: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and data reporting tools.
