Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Data Analyst with 3–6 years of professional experience to anchor the intelligence engine of our organization. In an increasingly data-dependent landscape, success is defined by "Data Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize fragmented datasets with the clinical precision required for Predictive Modeling, Automated Dashboards, and ETL Efficiency. This role is designed for an "Insight Architect" with a degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field who can blend "Algorithmic Grit" (SQL and Python/R proficiency) with the "Consultative Agility" required to deliver data-driven solutions to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Data Orchestration & Governance

• Collection Sovereignty: Collect and clean large datasets from multiple sources with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Raw Data Integrity."

• Accuracy Architecture: Ensure total data integrity and compliance with organizational standards, providing the "Foundational Security" for all business analysis.

• Automation Stewardship: Automate data processes to improve reporting efficiency, utilizing Advanced Excel and Macros to optimize the "Source of Operational Speed."

2. Analytical Resilience & Visualization Logic

• Interpretation Sovereignty: Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in complex datasets, acting as the primary "Source of Market and Internal Intelligence."

• Dashboard Architecture: Develop high-fidelity visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the communication of insights to management.

• Modeling Stewardship: Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support forecasting, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Foresight."

3. Performance Integrity & Strategic Power

• Stakeholder Sovereignty: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for departmental growth.

• Presentation Architecture: Present findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner, acting as the primary "Source of Decision-Support."

• Cloud Logic: Leverage exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP and ETL processes to enhance data warehousing, utilizing 3–6 years of experience to maximize the "Source of Scalability."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

• Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar professional role.

• Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL, Relational Databases, and Data Visualization (Power BI/Tableau).

Core Competencies

• Analytical Grit: Proficiency in Python, R, or SAS and advanced Excel functions.

• Problem-Solving Sovereignty: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
