Job Description:

We are seeking a high-precision Data Entry Specialist to serve as the custodian of our corporate information systems. In a data-driven business, the integrity of our database is the foundation of our decision-making. We are looking for "Digital Architects"—individuals who are not only fast typists but also possess the analytical intellect to verify, research, and optimize information.

Your mission is to ensure that every record in our system is accurate, unique, and up-to-date. This role requires the ability to concentrate for lengthy periods, a "zero-error" mindset, and the technical savvy to navigate various hardware and software interfaces. Requirements:

1. Data Lifecycle Management

• Swift Integration: Enter, upload, and update complex data sets into the company database using high-speed typing and specialized software.

• Accuracy Assurance: Perform rigorous verification of existing data to identify and correct discrepancies or outdated information.

• De-duplication: Conduct systematic checks on completed work to eliminate duplicate records and ensure a "clean" database environment.

2. Research & Information Enrichment

• Data Retrieval: Proactively research and source missing information to complete fragmented data entries.

• Analytical Problem-Solving: Identify patterns in data errors and propose methods to improve the speed and quality of the collation process.

• Hardware Stewardship: Maintain and effectively utilize office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

3. Professionalism & Communication

• Clear Correspondence: Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding data trends, system issues, or project updates.

• Self-Direction: Demonstrate the ability to work independently on lengthy tasks while remaining a collaborative member of the larger team.

• Multitasking: Manage multiple data streams and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

Academic & Experience Profile

• Education: MUST hold a First Class or Second Class Upper (2.1) degree, or an HND with Distinction or Upper Credit.

• LGA Placement: Applicants MUST be posted to Amuwo Odofin LGA (for NYSC) or be ready to relocate.

• Location: Residence in Festac, Amuwo, or environs is a significant advantage.

• Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to enter data at a high speed with near-perfect accuracy.

Core Competencies

• Technical Savvy: Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
